III. Literature as a Platform in Education for Sustainable Development

Literature is a written works especially those novels, poems, plays, etc valued for artistic work. Literature is all about the culture, practices of one’s country.
Literature shows that in its truest form and in its higher reaches inevitably becomes the description, interpretation, and expression of the life of society, touched into beauty by the intuitive genius and by the creative imagination of the maker of literature “of Philippine Literature it says that it must record and interpret the Filipino hope and experience, and speak in a voice ribbed with criticism, protest and challenge. If it is develop and endure” I believe that the future of Filipino Literature in English is bright and that such literature has every chance to survive, that the English language is no barrier to the expression of the Filipino soul and aspiration.
Literature as a student is necessary in the sense that we as Filipino Citizen must be aware of written works that the writers tried to impart to us. We must necessity assume revolution to be a part of the historical process. A literature that has much more refreshment value much more than of an aesthetic quality, and is definitely function in characters. And, lastly by the very nature of its material and function, it is realistic.
